Does Apollo upload my scans?
No. Apollo processes scans on the computer it is installed on, and it has no account. It needs an internet connection to install a model and to download that model's weights the first time it runs.

What does Apollo cost?
Installing Apollo is free. Running new analyses needs a license. Licenses are issued individually while pricing is still being set, so email us to ask. Results you have already produced stay viewable after a license expires.
What it runs
Which models does Apollo run?
Apollo runs Sybil for lung cancer risk, lungmask for lung and lobe segmentation, a set of TotalSegmentator tasks, and PyRadiomics for radiomic features, plus measurements it computes itself. Coverage is deepest in the chest, and the Apollo page lists every analysis.
Hardware
What computer does Apollo need?
Apollo runs on Apple Silicon Macs and 64-bit Windows; there is no Intel Mac or Linux build. A GPU is not required: on Apple Silicon, Apollo uses the GPU for models that support it, and otherwise runs on the CPU, which is slower.
Scan requirements
What kind of CT does Apollo need?
It depends on the analysis. Apollo checks every series on import and shows which analyses can run on it, and why the others cannot.
Clinical use
Can Apollo be used for patient care?
No. For retrospective research and technical evaluation only. Not intended for diagnosis, screening, treatment decisions, or individual patient management. Apollo is not FDA-cleared and does not produce management recommendations.
Exports
Can I export the results?
Yes. Apollo exports results as CSV, an Excel workbook, or JSON. Patient IDs and accession numbers are left out unless you turn them on; study dates and DICOM UIDs are included, so handle exports as identifiable data.
